National Brother Day is here, and with it comes this example of how family can come about in the most unexpected ways. Fraternal twins that were the result of a lab experiment, Julius (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Vincent (Danny DeVito) have been separated since birth. Upon finding out about his origins, the mild-mannered Julius goes out in search of his hot-headed brother as well as their mysterious mother.
