A registered nurse from Keys AHEC visits the Islamorada Library every Thursday from noon until 1 pm offering FREE tools to help you quit tobacco, including free products and plans to help you quit any kind of tobacco.

Steve Wheeler is enjoying retired life. He does the odd bit of investigation work, but he prefers his familiar habits and routines: the pub quiz, his favorite bench, his cat waiting for him when he comes home.

Come in and work on a prepared project or bring your own. Fun begins as we brainstorm, design, visit and craft. Can’t finish one of the prepared projects in one sitting? Leave it and return the next week to work on it again.
