Tools to Quit is a group designed to address all aspects of nicotine addiction, in addition to helping people develop a quit plan and identify a quit date. This group addressed psychological and behavioral dependence.

April 2, 9, 16, 30 2-5 pm The Small Business Development Center at FIU offers no-cost consulting Wednesdays at the Key Largo Library except the 4th Wednesday and Tuesdays 9-1 pm at the Islamorada Library.

A registered nurse from Keys AHEC visits the Islamorada Library every Thursday from noon until 1 pm offering FREE tools to help you quit tobacco, including free products and plans to help you quit any kind of tobacco.

Come in and work on a prepared project or bring your own. Fun begins as we brainstorm, design, visit and craft. Can’t finish one of the prepared projects in one sitting? Leave it and return the next week to work on it again.

Join us for our new Adult Mahjong Club at the Key West Library! All skill levels are welcome.

Join us on the second Thursday each month for our Adult Crafternoon! Crafts to expect: candle making, air-dry clay mosaics, Mason jar bird feeders, shell and sea glass dioramas, and that’s just to start!

Craft and create community at the Key Largo Library! Most Fridays our Sit ‘N Sew group meets in the Community Room to sew and share ideas. You are welcome to join our community of crafters! Bring your sewing machine and your current project.

Photography Basics: Take Better Pictures

MTG is a tabletop card game. Join us every Saturday morning as we host a MTG for adults. Newcomers and veterans are welcome! We have premade decks that new players can use to learn how to play.

Self-expression through art is an important part of human nature. You don’t have to be in art school, or create marble sculptures, or create realistic paintings to be an artist.

Mahjong is played at the library on Tuesdays from 10AM until noon in the community room on the first floor. The group welcomes all skill levels!
